"Focus on Giants - You stumble
Focus on God - Your Giants tumble."
I'm currently reading a book, "Facing Your Giants" by Max Lucado. Really needed this because there are many giants in my life that I really really want to overcome. I'm convicted to overcome those giants to really do great things for God. But really not by my own strength.
These few days, maybe because as the year is drawing to a close, reflection mode had been turned on, I had been asking myself questions. Questions such as,
"What can I do to love the people around me more?"
"What can I do and what are the things that I can give up for Christ?"
"How can I change so that my parents will notice it?"
"How can I better mange my life in terms of academics, finances, work, etc?"
"Should I stop working?"
Many questions asked and I'm still searching for the answers. I thought about them and eventually fell asleep yesterday.
Many thoughts and many new resolutions to be made. Need to think them through and pen them down so that they could serve as a reminder to me.
2012 had been a good year, I believe 2013 will be even more awesome!
I will change, to be more God-focused instead of Giant-focused.
I really love Pastor How's preaching on Leadership. I really love both my Pastors. Anyways, at the ending of his preaching, he said,
"The most beautiful thing is, we can choose our own CHARACTER. We can't choose our looks, level of smartness or which family to born into but we can choose our own character. And the most awesome thing out of all, God don't choose who to go to Heaven by looks or smartness level but by our CHARACTER. Character is very important. It's never fair on earth but it's all fair play when it comes to Heaven."
I'm giving my all to God, hoping He will mould me to be the one He desires me to be. :)

Time to serve God in a bigger capacity now! :D

Soooooo I had decided to come back to being a blogger again! It started off a few days ago when I was bored and I started reading those past entries all the way from my 1st post. I think I suffered severe memory loss. I cannot remember majority of the things that had happened! :O I wonder what happened! I'm still reading though because there are just too many to read but it's really a good way to remember what I had been through, what were my thoughts then and feelings, etcetera. Therefore, I wanna come back and blog again, to really remember those important milestones in my life. I'm 20 now, and I'm getting older, so my memory is failing me thus, I needed something to remind me of my past and things that I had been through!
I'm now currently studying in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) also known as Pulau NTU because it's just tooooo secluded! Studying Sports Science and Management. Really a challenge but I'm thankful for God who have sustained me through the first semester already. I'm gonna work harder next semester on. I cannot promise that I will have good grades but I will definitely give in my best! Academic Excellence is of utmost importance as well!
Also, something happy would be, I changed church early this year to Heart of God Church (HOGC), in there, I grew a lot and I know that I still am and I experienced God in many different ways that is just so real and I'm determined to build the House of God first and placing Him first before other things in life! I LOVE GOD!!!!!!! AND HIS AWESOME PEOPLE! DV6 CEG! :D

Latest photo taken during last night's Korean BBQ outing together with Sharon, Evon, Weiling and HuiJi! One of my biggest wish would be seeing my friends and family being saved and worshipping God with me in church! And because of this motivation, I will work harder! :)
